If youβre having a problem with a payment, use the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
β What kind of issue are you having?
πΈ My payment didnβt go through
- Check your card details
- Ensure you have sufficient funds
- Contact your bank if needed
π Try the payment again
π³ I paid but itβs still showing as unpaid
- Wait a few moments and refresh the app
- Check your bank to confirm the payment was successful
π If it still shows as unpaid, the payment may not have completed successfully
π I think I was charged twice
- Check your payment history and bank statement
- Some payments allow multiple payments (e.g. locker, hoody)
π If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support
π I canβt find a payment
- Check the Payments section
- Check Attention Please
- Make sure the correct student is selected
π The payment may not have been published yet
β³ My instalment payment failed
- The system will automatically retry the payment
- If it fails multiple times, the plan will stop
π You may need to contact the school to set it up again
β οΈ Important
- Payments are only confirmed once successfully processed
- If a payment fails, you will not be charged
