A payment may fail due to:

π³ How can I change my card details?
If a payment attempt fails, please ensure the card details are correct. You can view and update card details by:
Open the school app
Go to Shop on the side bar menu
Tap Manage Payment Methods
Hold to remove a card or add new payment method
π What happens next?
If a payment attempt fails:
π The system will automatically retry the payment over the next few business days
- If the payment is successful on retry, no further action is needed
- You do not need to make the payment manually

- If the payment fails more than 4 times:
π The instalment plan will stop - You will need to contact the school to have the payment set up again
π οΈ What should I do if the issue continues?
If your payment continues to fail, please check the following:
- Ensure there are sufficient funds in your account
- Check your card details (number, expiry date, CVV)
- Contact your bank or card provider to check for any restrictions
- Try using a different payment method if available
