If a payment is still showing as unpaid, it usually means the payment has not been completed successfully yet.

If the payment process was interrupted, the payment may not have gone through.

This can happen due to:
- Incorrect card details
- Insufficient funds
- Bank security checks
- Internet connection issues
๐ The payment is still updating
In some cases, it may take a short time for the payment status to refresh in the app.
๐ What should I do?
- Check whether you received a payment confirmation
- Check your bank statement
- Refresh the app and check again after a short time

- If a payment is showing as Unpaid, it has not yet been successfully recorded as paid
- Avoid making another payment straight away unless you are sure the first one did not go through
