- If you have a child in another school using their app:
👉 Do not register again
👉 Use your existing login details
📩 I’m not receiving my verification code
- Check your phone number is entered correctly
- Make sure you have mobile signal
- Try requesting the code again
👉 If you still don’t receive it, contact support
📱 I entered the wrong phone number
- You will not be able to complete registration
- Ensure you're using the same phone number provided to the school
👉 Contact the school directly to ensure they have the correct details
📧 I’m not receiving the email verification
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Make sure your email address is correct
⚠️ I get an error when registering
- You may already be registered
- Your details may not be in the school system yet
👉 Try logging in or contact support
⚠️ Important
- Your account is linked using your phone number
- You must verify both your phone number and email to complete registration
