- If you have a child in another school using their app:
π Do not register again
π Use your existing login details
π© Iβm not receiving my verification code
- Check your phone number is entered correctly
- Make sure you have mobile signal
- Try requesting the code again
π If you still donβt receive it, contact support
π± I entered the wrong phone number
- You will not be able to complete registration
- Ensure you're using the same phone number provided to the school
π Contact the school directly to ensure they have the correct details
π§ Iβm not receiving the email verification
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Make sure your email address is correct
β οΈ I get an error when registering
- You may already be registered
- Your details may not be in the school system yet
π Try logging in or contact support

- Your account is linked using your phone number
- You must verify both your phone number and email to complete registration
