β What issue are you having?
π« My child was marked absent but was in school
- This can happen if attendance has not yet been updated by the school
- It may also be due to a delay in syncing attendance data
π If your child was in school, you should submit a please check
π© I received an absence notification but my child was in school
- Attendance data can take time to update
- Notifications may be sent before the latest updates are received
π This does not always mean your child is absent. See more on that here
π I canβt find the absence or late notification
- Open the app
- Tap Attention Please (bottom right corner)
π This shows anything that still needs action
βοΈ I need to submit or update an absence note
- Go to Attendance in the side menu
- Select your child
- Choose Absent Note and complete the form
β I want to remove an absence note
- Go to Attendance β Absent Note
- Select the date from the calendar
- Choose the option to remove the note
π This only works for future dates β past dates must be updated by the school. See more here

- Attendance is managed by the school
- Some updates may take time to appear in the app
