👉 Not all communications send alerts
- Schools can publish messages without sending an alert
- The message will still be available in the app
📥 Step 1: Check the app
Open the app and check:
- News
- Notifications
- Personal Notifications
👉 Also check Attention Please (bottom right) for anything that needs action
📱 Step 2: Check your phone settings
Make sure:
- Notifications are enabled for the app
- Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is off
- Your phone is not silencing alerts
🌐 Step 3: Check your connection
- Alerts require internet access
- If your phone was offline, alerts may be delayed

- Notifications are alerts only
- All messages are stored in the app
👉 You will not miss information if a notification is not received
