β What issue are you having?
π I canβt access the Admissions Portal
- Make sure you are using the correct login details
- Use the same email and password you used when applying
π Try resetting your password if needed
π© I didnβt receive a confirmation email
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Not all schools send confirmation emails
π The most important confirmation is the on-screen message after submitting
β I canβt submit my application
- Check all required fields are completed
- Make sure all required documents are uploaded
- Try refreshing the page or using another browser
π I uploaded the wrong document
- If not submitted: you can replace it
- If already submitted: you will need to contact the school directly
π I want to check my application or waiting list
- Log into the Admissions Portal
- You can access this via the link you were sent when you created your account or via the Admissions section of the school website
- Open your application

β I canβt accept or decline an offer
- This must be done through the Admissions Portal
- Do not email the school to accept or decline
