If you received a notification but can’t find the message, it is still available in the app.
📱 Why this happens
Notifications are alerts only and may:
- Disappear once tapped
- Be dismissed accidentally
- Not open directly to the message
👉 This does not mean the message is gone
📥 Where to find the message
Check the following sections in the app:
- News – general updates
- Notifications – important updates
- Personal Notifications – messages sent directly to you
📍 Check “Attention Please”
If the notification was asking you to take action:
- Open the app
- Tap Attention Please (bottom right corner)
👉 This shows anything that still requires your attention
⚠️ Important
- All messages are stored in the app
- Notifications are just a way to alert you
👉 You will not lose a message if you miss or dismiss a notification

- Check Attention Please for outstanding items
