If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password option.
🔄 How to reset your password
- Open the school app
- Tap Log In
- Accept Terms & Conditions
- Tap Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your email and follow the link to reset your password
📩 Didn’t receive the reset email?
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
👉 It must be the same email address used to register your account
⚠️ Important
- If you have children in more than one school using the app:
👉 You only have one account and one password - Make sure you are selecting Log In, not Register

💡 Tip
Once your password is reset, you can log in straight away using your new details.
