Choose Login, not Register. This also applies if you already registered for another school using Unique Schools. Reset your password if needed.
Mobile number not recognised
Choose the correct Country Code and enter the mobile number you gave the school. Ask the school to check your number is linked to your child if it is not recognised.
SMS verification code missing
- Check the number and country code, mobile signal and whether your phone can receive SMS messages.
- If a resend option is available, wait briefly before requesting another code. Use the latest code.
- If the SMS still does not arrive, contact the school. Staff can help provide the current code after checking your details. This can also help with international numbers.
Verification codes are time-limited and may change after about two to three hours. If the school provides a code by email, use it promptly. Ask for the current code if it no longer works.
Email verification missing
Check the email address you entered and your Spam/Junk folder. See the registration steps and screenshots.
For technical app problems, email support@uniqueschools.ie with your school’s name and a brief description. Do not send passwords, verification codes or your app PIN.
