“Please Check” means you believe you received the absence notification in error and want the school to review it.
🟡 When should I select “Please Check”?
Choose Please Check if:
- Your child should be in school, but you received an absence notification
- You are unsure why your child was marked absent or late
- You believe your student is on a School Activity (e.g. Match, Trip etc.)
- You believe your student signed in late without using the sign-in device.
🔍 What happens after I select it?
- The school is notified that you have selected Please Check
- They will review your child’s attendance
- They will update the record if needed
👉 You do not need to take any further action
⚠️ Important
- “Please Check” does not confirm an absence
- It is simply a request for the school to review the attendance
❗ When should I NOT use “Please Check”?
Do not select “Please Check” if:
- Your child is definitely absent
- Your child was late and you know the reason
👉 In these cases, choose to Explain the Absence or Mark as Late.
