If youβre not receiving alerts, it is usually due to your device settings or how notifications are configured.
π± 1. Notifications are turned off
Your phone may not be allowing notifications from the app.
π Check your settings:
- Ensure notifications are enabled for the app
- Turn on alerts, sounds, and banners
π 2. Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is on
- Your phone may be silencing notifications
- Alerts may not appear during certain times
π 3. No internet connection
- Notifications require internet access
- If offline, alerts may be delayed
π 4. The school may not have sent an alert
In some cases, the school may publish a message without sending a notification.
π The message will still be available in the app
