If youโre having trouble logging in, itโs usually due to one of the reasons below.
๐ 1. Incorrect email or password
- Double-check your email address and password
- Make sure there are no typos
- Try resetting your password if needed
๐ง 2. Wrong email address
You must use the same email address you initially registered with.
๐ If your email is not recognised, please contact support@uniqueschools.ie.
๐ง 3. Updated Phone Number
You may have changed phone number and now you cannot login.
๐ If your phone number is not recognised, please contact the school directly.
๐ 4. You need to log in (not register)
If you have already created an account:
๐ Tap Log In, not Register
- You only need to register once
- If you have a child in another school using the app, use the same login details
๐ฑ 5. App not set up correctly
Make sure you:
- Have downloaded the correct school app (search school name on App Store)
- Have completed registration (phone + email verification)
โ ๏ธ 6. Account not recognised
This can happen if:
- Your details are not yet added by the school
- The phone number used doesnโt match school records
๐ Contact the school to confirm your details on their Unique Schools system.
